A little about our Dept.
Posey Twp. is in one of the largest county's in Indiana (Washington County). Posey Twp. is located in Southern Indiana about 45 minutes north of Louisville. Posey Twp. also is in one of the largest Twp's in our county. We serve the communitees of Hardinsburg and Fredericksburg. For mutual aid, we will usually aid, Blue River Vol. Fire Dist. or Livonia Vol. Fire Dept. Rarely we will help out Milltown Vol. Fire Dept. which is located in the sistering county Crawford.
